Warranty

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products. If you have proof of purchase, please email a picture of your CLCKR product and your receipt to customer.support@clckr.com and we will get back to you on providing a replacement. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on products bought from www.clckr.com that are over 30 days old.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper use, negligence, or excessive wear and tear. You specifically agree that CLCKR shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages or penalties for breach of any warranty of any type on any CLCKR product. The Warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover damage to any electronic device or personal property attached to or used in conjunction with the CLCKR product.

CLCKR resellers, agents or employees are not authorized to modify or extend CLCKR warranties. CLCKR reserves the right to change warranty terms and remedies without notice.
